About the Presenter
Nancy Lucas has over 25 years experience in learning and leadership development for numerous private clients and large financial institutions such as Deutsche Bank, Barclays Bank, JPMorgan, AIG and most recently at Gartner where she heads up their Enterprise Learning function. Nancy is a results-oriented leader specializing in talent development through the use of data-driven and innovative learning, talent strategies and technology. Her focus is on motivating, engaging, and educating individuals and teams to achieve business results and further expand capabilities.
Nancy received her Masters in Educational Communication and Technology from New York University, Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. She is currently an adjunct faculty in the Leadership and Human Capital Management Department at the School of Professional Studies. Nancy has taught numerous classes on Instructional Design, Measurement and Evaluation, Foundations of Training and Emotionally Intelligent Leadership, just to name of few. She is also an active member of the Association of Talent Development and has run Job Readiness Workshops for New York City high school.
